Waterfox: dom.webcomponents.enabled causes distorted layout on Wayback Machine

• Set dom.webcomponents.enabled to true on about:config.
• Open the archived page.

As a result the top panel becomes corrupted and unusable, the timeline goes into background layer of the page. Same thing happens on the latest version of Classic for Windows. Probably this caused by effect of an unfinished Shadow DOM implementation.

So it's same problem as #1733. Maybe some day that will be fixed, but I think that can take few months.
