we've been running as a repo under my personal account for a while- however i think it's about time that we move to the rustwasm org: https://github.com/rustwasm
this... might cause some issues. particularly around links. we'll see! i'll hopefully be able to clean all those up. it may require a point release if it super breaks links in the README but we'll see.
