I set the upload limit for mxnet-cu100 and mxnet-cu100mkl to 600MB on PyPI. These projects don't exist on TestPyPI, if you need me to set the limit there as well, you'll need to create the projects first.
Please be mindful of how often you make a release at this size. The mxnet-* packages take up a lot of space on PyPI: https://pypi.org/stats/
