I have the same issue and also sometimes icons won't show up. But I think the problem is on Mozilla part...

I am very happy to announce this issue will be solved in Firefox 62 cf bug 1420865, if you want you can double check with the Nightly build that everything is right.
PS: In the end bug 1380622 does not seem to be linked with this issue, for the last one time will tell

I am very happy to announce this issue will be solved in Firefox 62 cf bug 1420865, if you want you can double check with the Nightly build that everything is right.
PS: In the end bug 1380622 does not seem to be linked with this issue, for the last one time will tell
