Walletwasabi: Strange fee behaviour when sending from Trezor one via wasabi wallet to a Specter desktop Multisig address

Created on 16 Sep 2020  路  1Comment  路  Source: zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi

General Description

When i select a UTXO to send from my Trezor one using the Wasabi wallet i do not get a confirm transaction screen but the trezor skips the confirm screen and goes straight to the "Really send" screen and shows that my amount to send is the exact same as my fee.

This does not happen when sending to other addresses. I have successfully sent to a core node, it only seems to be when sending to a specter multisig address.

How To Reproduce?

  1. select UTXO in wasabi
2, Copy multisig address from Specter Desktop wallet, Paste to wasabi, select fee rate
  2. send transaction on wasabi
  3. on Trezor one screen is the "really send" screen with the amount to send 0.00000120 and a fee of 0.00000120

Operating System

windows 10

Logs

Wasabi Version

1.1.12.0

I just tried creating and sending to a multisig transaction within Specter desktop without using Wasabi and got the same result which leads me to believe this is a trezor issue and nothing to do with Wasabi.

I signed the transaction with the trezor and it works fine but there is definitely something quirky going on. Thanks for anyone who took a look.
