Walletwasabi: Can't move or resize Wasabi
General Description
I am not able to resize or move Wasabi window. I can minimize and maximize it.
I can see the icons at the edges and corners of the program (when I hover over it), but I am unable to click and drag.

Using Ubuntu 18.04, I am able to resize and/or move my Wasabi window.

@RiccardoMasutti can you test https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi/pull/3925 it will likely fix the issue, if not we can ensure a fix makes the 0.10.0 release.
