Walletwasabi: [v1.1.11] Scrollbar problem in Wallet Explorer
General Description
When opening several wallets in the Wallet Explorer the scrollbar shows up too late and does not allow to scroll down to the bottom of the open wallet items.
How To Reproduce?
- Go to Wallet Explorer
- Click on several wallets
- Fold open each wallet tab
- Reduce Window size
- See Scrollbar error in Wallet Explorer

Can confirm this seems to be a bug in the TreeView control Measure / Layout logic. Seems to have been an issue in Avalonia for a long time. Only now that we have multi-wallet has it been revealed.
I suggest we fix this for the next release.
