Walletwasabi: [v1.1.11] Broken blue-line in GUI with multiple open wallets

General Description

When opening multiple wallets in the Wallet Explorer and opening several tabs from each wallet, the tabs will wrap to the next line because of width limitations. This breaks the nice blue line in the GUI that separates the tabs from the active window. It is not a critical bug, but the line could be lowered to the second row when it wraps.

How To Reproduce?

1. Go to Wallet Explorer
2. Open two or more wallets
3. Click on every wallet tab/action
4. See GUI error

@molnard AFAIK our policy is add duplicate labels for duplicate issues. If it isn't anymore, then please remove the duplicate label from the possible labels.

Duplicates are still good in a way that it can reveal further details. So let them stale or add a duplicate label to exempt to stalebot?

IMO forget stalebot, it does its job well and independently. It can close duplicates, whatever. Just make a decision if we explicitly close duplicates or not.

We are not closing duplicates, just mention the original issue and add the duplicate label. I am not reopening this but won't close more dupes, stalebot will do.
