Walletwasabi: Document how to increase the mixing denomination

I have deposited larger amounts of bitcoin but still each round is only 0.1 BTC.

I would like written documentation explaining step-by-step how to mix larger BTC denominations. All the current documentation says is:

Use Unequal Input Mixing and gain fungibility for UTXOs of 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6, 3.2, ... bitcoin!

But it does not explain how to "use Unequal Input Mixing" and I cannot find this setting anywhere in the Wasabi app. (I skipped around the 2 hour long video linked on that page and didn't see any such tutorial or instructions for doing this either... with all due respect to the author(s) of the otherwise amazing documentation, no I'm not going to watch a two hour video to maybe find information that would probably take no more than ten minutes to write up... let's make this section as thorough and user friendly as all the others please :smile:)

Yeah, that part is not clear for a new user. Main problem is that searching for "unequal" "input" or "mixing" doesn't help either.

Aniway, there's already documentation about it, with shorter videos also.

I will direct future docs related issues to the Docs repo and find another venue for asking further questions about this so as to not disturb anyone watching this repo.
