We should include Gregory Maxwell's malicious-peers banlist inside Wasabi.
List is based on measurements from a large number of people.
Process: when Wasabi checks and recognize user's full node, it automatically recommends the updated list and explains how to integrate it. Maybe we can automatically ship the list as a .txt file inside Wasabi instead of have it downloaded by the end user
We discussed this previously, but came to a conclusion that it doesn't add anything. Spying on the coordinator doesn't make sense, on the client side, since they're all clearnet ips and Wasabi doesn't connect to clearnet nodes it is also not uselful there.
Anyhow it doesn't hurt adding a banlist, so I'm not against it, but also won't rush to implement it.
