Wails: npm installation instructions invalid for Eoan

Description
The instructions to install npm for Ubuntu/Derivatives for the 19.10 release is incorrect and produces the following error:

## Your distribution, identified as "eoan", is not currently supported, please contact NodeSource at https://github.com/nodesource/distributions/issues if you think this is incorrect or would like your distribution to be considered for support

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Install a fresh 19.10
Run curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_12.x | sudo bash - && sudo apt-get install -y nodejs

Expected behaviour
Instructions to work. sudo apt install npm will install version 5.8.0.

edit : DISTRO=$(lsb_release -c -s)
to : DISTRO='disco'
setup_12.x | sudo bash - && sudo apt-get
sudo apt install npm
Voila la solution :)

Hi @dovepa! I have tried out your solution. Latest version of nodejs was installed. However, npm cannot be installed.

I think we may have to just leave the instructions generic: Please install npm from https://nodejs.org/en/download/

actually 19.10 is not officially supported yet (from either wails or it seems node?). I personally haven't checked. I only have checked up to 19.04 (I am running on 19.04..)

my rational for not making generic instructions in the first place was that for example deb package on debian is kind of old, being generic left the opportunity to the user to just apt-get install npm. So I opted to copy paste the latest version possible from nodejs official instructions.

Which in any case I am looking at again, and they have changed a bit.

EDIT: but yes, generic instructions seem an ok catch all, my guess is most people trying wails will anyway have node installed :+1:
