Do you planned to implement fixed columns and header?

Fixed header is already supported in v1.7 of vuetable-2, thanks to @rubinsh. You'll just have to set the tableHeight prop and define the width for each field for this to work.
Fixed column is not yet supported, unless someone is willing to help on that.
