Vue-select: iPhone: Clicking on option doesn't work

Iphone doesn't have a fallback for the mousedown event like Android does.

I have tested it i different browsers, and it works now Chrome 73 Ubuntu 18.04, Firefox 66 Ubuntu 18.04, Safari iOS 12, Chrome 68 Android 9

I see you have released v3.0.0.
This code can be a fix for 2.6.x.
I haven't tested v3.0.0, meaby it is also a fix for that version.
It is a small change, so easy to add, most time is to test in all major browsers.
