Vue-select: Drop-down list does not hide after clicking scroll bar

Clicking the scroll bar causes that the drop-down list won't hide when you click outside the drop-down menu.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open drop-down list.
2. Click the scroll bar (see picture).
3. Click outside drop-down list.
4. The drop-down list won't hide until you select an option.

The same bug won't reproduce if you scroll the drop-down list by using the mouse wheel.
