Is it possible to include https://github.com/sagalbot/vue-select/pull/118 in 2.3.0 milestone?

Since vue-select is an input, ability to disable is crucial.

Sorry for the delays @ecmel - got a new job and I'm still settling in, haven't had enough time for open source the last few weeks. Don't worry though, project is still alive and I have every intention of making time for it in the next few weeks.

Hi, I recommend merging all pending non conflicting pull request and releasing a dev version.

@sagalbot i've done a review of the outstanding pull-requests for this release. There is no hustle here:

• I resolved the trivial div for #202 in my fork of the current develop by simply adding the aria-label here.
• #118 can be merged without any issues (but type="button" should be removed on the <div> see here ).
