Vue-form-generator: Stable v2 release

I think we are close to the stable v2 of vfg.
I found 2 issues what we need to fix before it.

Looks about right to me; I added them to the milestone. I will try to get to these tomorrow, but no promises ;)

We still need the dev environment to be updated (along with the tests). I have no idea how much work on documentation is necessary.
Other than that, all I have to say is : "Hell, it's about time"
