Vue.draggable: Issue on mobile apps

I would like to know if there's a way to drag the elements on mobile only when the user press and hold the element for a while before moving it.

Scrolling on mobile apps like the one below can be difficult, because the dragging "overrides" the scrolling.

Is there a way to enable dragging only after the user press and hold it ?
