can i remove the error:

@BusyHe can you show your webpack base config? I assume you have an old alias in there that has to be updated. The old alias would inlcude the browser-build of Vue instead of the commonjs build, so that message won't disappear.

the alias should be: vue$: 'vue/dist/vue.common'

oops, didn't notice that https://github.com/vuejs/vue/issues/4691#issuecomment-271836174 comment, this might be related to the webpack template but that actually works fine for me.
