Vscode: Breadcrumbs Option Bottom of Editor

Issue Type: Settings Search Issue

Please add the option to place breadcrumbs at the bottom of the editor.
Coming from Intellij where the breadcrumbs are located closer towards the bottom, i'm having to retrain my eyes to look up.

I often read from top to bottom, and constantly have to jump back to the top if I want to quickly glance at the breadcrumbs. Probably not a big deal for everyone, however I figured at least a position option would be nice to have.
