Can also verify this on macOS, these buttons are now defunct. This is actually the first time I've been hit by a pretty critical bug in VSCode Insiders. 鉂わ笍

I cannot create files nor folders via the right-click context menu either.
macOS 10.13.4
EDIT: I can copy-paste via both the keyboard shortcuts and the right-click context menu tho, I assume it's an issue with the file/folder creation itself and not the interface interaction?
Fixed in the latest build (update just came through).
Good work whoever did that 鉂わ笍
Confirmed - 2227c70736ecaf2e1dd027be9fc6198d542a95ab works correctly for me. Thank you Microsoft, you are the best! 馃帀 馃憤 馃槉
How do I get this latest build? I've checked for updates but nothing coming up.
@michaeldunnOMM I simply downloaded the insiders release from the vscode website, works fine now.
@michaeldunnOMM Seems like the update is now live. Got an update notification right inside vscode.
@marvinhagemeister @pharrisee see Very odd. I've used the direct link on the site and same result (the version numbers are exactly the same as well). I'll just have to use the regular release of VSC for now.
Should be fixed now, I just published the fix to the apt repo for Linux as well.
Still dead on Windows :( No update available.
@Tyriar This issue has persisted for me on Windows 10 (on two different machines) throughout today but I only recall seeing one updated pushed this morning.
I have tried to manually check for an update but it does not see any updates available. Can we reopen this issue until it is also resolved for Windows or should I open another?
EDIT - I see another issue for Windows has already been opened: https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/47972
@isidorn please check the builds next time you re-trigger insiders, it looks like the Windows 64 build failed.
Everyone else it should get fixed today with our new regular insider builds, sorry for the trouble.
@bpasero will do, thanks.
Windows version now updated and working great. Thanks, everyone.
