Vscode: Cannot compare changes for git conflicts after upgrade to 1.19

Now when I click Compare changes on the conflict in the file, I get this error

And it is happening with all my team members on version 1.19

Please provide steps how to reproduce.
What is the problem you are seeing?

So, when you merge two branches on git, you see conflict in the source control section.

And it is happening with all my team members on version 1.19

Also happens on Windows 10 x64 v1709 Build 16299.192 and VS Code v1.19.1.
