Vscode: Keep open all opened files

Feature request.

Add settings to allow keep open all opened files open (even unmodifyed ones), right now it is necessary to click keep open menu item explicitly, really inconvenient.
Please add setting for it, Most of the time when I open some file I want to keep it open even if not edit it, not vice versa.
