Vscode-restclient: Donations?

Is there any way we can make donations to Rest Client? Maybe through something like https://opencollective.com/ ?

@mchelen thanks for your suggestion, currently I have no plan to let users make donations to my extension, and I will continuously improve the extension anyway. Always waiting for your feedback and suggestions.

@talanc since China is not in the available countries/regions list, and I think even no donations, I will still contribute to my project
