Vscode-project-manager: Project manager installed but not working
How do I get it to work? It's not available neither in the activity bar, nor via command prompt

I had to first save a project with Project Manager: Save Project command. Then fully turn off VSCode. Then turned it back on and it appeared and everything worked. Seems to not load right if the little projects.json file it makes isn't available yet. Saving a project creates it.

As @kferrone , you have to save a project first, in order to view the Activity Bar icon.
This has already been reported in #220, and will be fixed/updated in #227.
