Vscode-material-icon-theme: Vue Icon Pack

Seems like it may be a good idea to have a vue icon pack.
The angular pack works mostly, but does not give icons to things like store and router.

Due to the fact that we've already included an icon pack for Vue, this issue will be closed now 馃槃
Feel free to create other issues / pull requests if you want to improve the icon pack.
