Vscode-material-icon-theme: Additional folder icon suggestions

It would be great to have icons for the following folder names:

app, model, db, packages, triggers, tmp, utils

"class" folder would be great. It's general purpose and I believe widely used.

At the moment there is an icon for include folders. Wouldn't it be useful to also display it for includes (with an additional s) folders?
Another useful alias would be the public folder icon for wwwroot folders.

I would love the following folder icons for Angular:

• containers (+alias for pages in ionic)
• pipes (idea: purple folder icon with 'pipe' in bottom right corner?)
• directives
• functions (idea: folder icon with 'fn' in the bottom right corner?)
• utilities / utils like JDonini suggested
• providers in ionic (= services icon)
• target (=dist icon)
• guards (angular)

With the exception of @GoGoris issue (#350) all requested folder icons of this issue were added with the latest updates. This is why I close this issue now. Thank you for the suggestions 👍
