Vscode-jupyter: "go to next cell" command

In Don's original plug in there were editor commands to go to the next or previous cell. I do not see them now. Could you please add them back. They are very useful for navigation.

I presume you mean move the cursor to the next/previous cell?

There are a number of commands for running cells:

Nice to have the run cell commands but I was referring to moving the cursor to the start of the previous or next cell i.e. navigating between cells during editing. Thanks for all the good work.
