Vscode-gitlens: Integration with Jira

It'd be nice to have integration with Jira both inline as well as in the dialog box on hover. Similar to what https://github.com/KnisterPeter/vscode-jira does.

Great suggestion! While I don't think I will add this directly, I had planned on exposing an api so that something like vscode-jira could easily linkify the GitLens hovers.

This isn't something that I will likely add myself, but if the community wants to champion it and provide a PR (after discussing) I'm certainly open to it -- of course, depending on the complexity and scope of the changes required.
