Vscode-extension-for-zowe: Refresh of dataset tree is taking a long time

This is related to issue #327

Process:

  1. I search for my PDS that contains 30k members
  2. I allocated a new member inside that PDS
  3. The Dataset Tree starts to refresh to capture the changes
  4. After 5 mins, it end in error

@MikeBauerCA Yup. It is still happening if I do Step#2. Loading/Refreshing of the tree is still taking a long time.

@jellypuno is this issue still occurring? I noticed during one of your recent presentations, you were able to load a large PDS fairly quickly. This was just initial search though, not reload.
