Vscode-arduino: No color in Output Channel if I installed Code Runner extension

@formulahendry Did you ever notice this kind of conflict between your Code Runner and other extensions?
It would be better if you can give us some hints to quickly resolve this issue. I mean, we cannot test every combination with all the other VSCode extensions. :)

Actually, this is the limitation of VS Code. I already open an issue to VS Code team: https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/19561. Color highlight of one extension will be overwritten by another. Only one extension could survive. Unfortunately, Code Runner survives. 😅 Currently, I did not find a way to resolve this issue. 😶

hmm. That's unfair. Our extension starts with "a" and yours is "c". I think this should overwrite coder runner. :)
