Fixed. There was a major bug in the bank switching logic. Ocean cartridges of type A map the active Rom bank to both ROML and ROMH. The old implementation only mapped to ROML. The bug didn't show up yet, because only the larger cartridges (the ones with 256KB) access the cartridge data via the ROMH space.
