Xcode 13 has been out since Dec 10. According to the README You can expect approximately weekly updates to the software on the virtual environments. For some tools, we always install the latest at the time of the deployment; for others, we pin the tool to specific version(s).

Having a reliable cadence to updates is crucial for developers to be able to rely on this service.

@colinhumber sorry for the delay. We typically do have weekly updates, however due to the holidays, we froze deployments. Deployments are resuming this week and the next one will have Xcode 11.3 GTM.
