I have the same issue on a Mac but only with Vim plugin version 1.12.0 older versions work fine.

1.12.0 Seems to be broken, Older versions would work fine.
Is there a way to downgrade temporarily? I feel like having my hands hacked off without the vim keybindings :)
EDIT: Never mind - found the downgrade button.
Same issue for me, using the previous version works.
I have the same issue with 1.12.0 on ubuntu 19.04, older versions work fine.
Same issue Ubuntu 18.10 VSCode 1.40.2
Guys, subscribing to this issue is enough, there's no point "me too"-ing.

This page's exntesion includes actions/commands/actions.js, so it works.
But extension page's extension not includes actions/commands/actions.js.
Fixed in 1.12.1, sorry for the trouble.
Thank you so much for the quick turn around. 馃弲
