Vim: Movement broken after jumping to symbol

What did you do?

• In any file, put cursor on line 5.
• Jump to a symbol, say on line 50.
• Press j

What did you expect to happen?

Going to line 51.

What happened instead?

Going to line 6.

• VsCodeVim Version: 0.3
• OS: OS X 10.11.6

Just want to say this happens to any sort of "jumping", including go to definition, use VSCode's search to find next target. And it's not only j. jkhl, V, {, } all move from the position before the "jump", not after it.

This annoys me all the time. My top priority after I finish up multi-cursor stuff.

Since we are updating internal cursor position if it's a selection change triggered by Command, this bug no longer exists :)
