Vgstation13: Please Add Plastic Bag Feature

Description of issue

I want to be able to crumple empty plastic bags into a small or tiny item that can be put inside your backpack or other containers, then remove them and unfold them back into a normal plastic bag. I've posted a bounty at Bountify, will pay 10 bucks.

This would be a pretty simple feature to implement, and if you're interested in getting into coding yourself, would not be an awful first PR. (Though it would be a better second or third PR.)

Really you're just buying code. Paying the coder won't make the code get merged if it wouldn't have otherwise. (Paying a collab might but that would be an entirely different issue)
The only one who should be terrified is the one giving out the money

Me? Honestly I'd rather get another regular coder on the project than ten bucks
I neither can stop current coders from taking it nor would if I could, but it would be best if it gets us a new coder

I agree with Exxion, nothing wrong with offering people 10 bucks to code
things for them since it doesn't give the PR special treatment when it
comes to merging it.

I'd do it myself for the 10 bucks, but this seems like something really
easy for a newer coder to do and I don't wanna snatch 10 bucks from someone
able to use this as a learning experience.
