I've never understood the Scotland appeal personally, but at a certain point it might be easier to just make it an arena minigame like bomberman: in its own area. There are tons of ways to kill without a sword.

Remove the singularity too? Figured out how to make bombs and plasma canisters dishonorable flagged? Shocked/timing light doors seem abusable too. And slips. Not to mention deconstructing the floor with an RCD or drill. Or using the hand tele to let the air flow out of the room.

Just superglue weapons or make hands unusable so nothing can be interacted with. Honor restored.

Superglued weapons would also make the strategy of aiming for the legs for the dismember less viable as downed scots could still defend themselves.
