I fixed it like this:

Uninstall Vetur
Restart (not just reload) VS Code
Reinstall Vetur

I changed my computer, and the reinstalled plug-in does not have this problem. I forgot to close this problem.

I fixed it like this:

Uninstall Vetur
Restart (not just reload) VS Code
Reinstall Vetur

I fixed just changing the Vetur version to v0.31.3

Vetur crashing have many probably reasons.
Everyone may have different reasons when crashing.
So if anyone's Vetur crash, I suggest to open a new issue for follow.

The computer science is difficult.
We only can fix it case by case.

This issue is locked.
