Vega-strike-engine-source: Close down SourceForge site and redirect to the new one

To make things simple for people looking for us, I think we should close/archive the SF project, and redirect everything from it to our new Website.
@danielrh @klaussfreire any chance you guys can help me with this?

We need to setup redirects from SF to GitHub, the old SF forums to the new Forums, etc.

The main page (https://vegastrike.sf.net) and https://sourceforge.net/projects/vegastrike/ has had notices filed; however, the sub-pages have not:

• [ ] we should get an entry on the devblog there that also mentions the migration (http://vegastrike.sourceforge.net/devblog/)
• [ ] the wiki should forward to wiki.vega-strike.org
• [ ] the forums forums.vega-strike.org
• [ ] the manual should forward to its entry at wiki.vega-strike.org
• [ ] the gallery should forward to its entries at forums.vega-strike.org
  So a little more work to do before we can close this out.

@Loki1950 @P-D-E @danielrh @ministerofinformation can any of you help us with this?
