is reject modifier disabled on vee-validate@^2.1.0-beta.7?

@choi12191995 The reject modifier was removed before the 2.1.0 releases. It was cute to have but I decided that this plugin should be only concerned about validation and its state not what happens after validation. Its up to the developer what do after getting an invalid state.
