Vee-validate: select not changeable with v-validate
Versions:
- VueJs: 2.1.4
- Vee-Validate: 2.0.0-beta.17
Description:
I cannot change a select's value after attaching v-validate.
Try removing the directive to verify that it works without it.

What browser? Working fine for me for the mouse in Chrome v. 53.0.2785.143

I have a MacOs Sierra and Google Chrome Versi贸n 55.0.2883.95 (64-bit), but not working with latest build, I use npm and webpack compiler.

I test and see the fix, in this fiddle, show how to use properly. https://jsfiddle.net/92Lmjs6m/13/ v-validate = "" is necessary same v-model = "" if not, don't working.

I'm experience the same issue using the file in the repo.
To solve it for the time being, I'm using v-validate.initial="myData".
Also, it solves when you use v-validate="", but not when you use only v-validate

Well that is weird, I tried the same fiddle again with beta.18 and it seems to be working fine on Chrome for Windows Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)
