Vcpkg: [x265:x64-windows] build failure

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
./vcpkg install _**x**_265:x64-windows

Basically, tried (it (all)_)_ twice, thinking it) to be only a (little) network problem. _:_-( ;-)

Appears you need to refresh vcpkg as you have an old port file pulling v3.2 from a now defunct URL. The new portfile pulls v3.4 from bitbucket...

1. cd [vcpkg-root]
2. git pull
3. .\bootstrap-vcpkg.sh
4. Run .\vcpkg update and/or .\vcpkg upgrade
5. Try .\vcpkg install x265:x64-windows again

You can try @StarGate-One 's method first. I cannot reproduce your problem locally. I suggest you try it on the latest x256 version.

Trying to update the git gives me:

How did you install vcpkg to begin with?
Normally it is installed with a git clone command... see https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg#quick-start-windows
