vagrant automatically remove ruby.exe

I used windows 10, I used vagrant up command for box.scotch.io box, it try to install then;

vagrant up

It exits from vagrant up cmd w/o install all dependencies then I use any vagrant command:

vagrant -v
Exec error: exec: "C:\\HashiCorp\\Vagrant\\embedded\\mingw64\\bin\\ruby.exe": file does not exist

I checked the directory C:\HashiCorp\Vagrant\embedded\mingw64\bin and saw that ruby.exe is deleted by system.

What is the problem?

I discovered the issue. Avast put ruby.exe in its virus chest.

I had this problem after running vagrant box outdated --global --debug

Exec error: exec: "D:\\HashiCorp\\Vagrant\\embedded\\mingw64\\bin\\ruby.exe": file does not exist

Same issue here in Windows 7 with Vagrant 2.0.1

My ruby.exe appears to get deleted during environment_unload:

 INFO environment: Running hook: environment_unload

I discovered the issue. Avast put ruby.exe in its virus chest.

Bitdefender did the same. I suspect that it might be related to SMB type synced folder.
Windows 10 here. Running from admin powershell with the following vagrantfile:
