Vagrant: 'vagrant up' causes 'ip_parts' error

My computer froze about an hour and a half ago. After uninstalling and reinstalling VirtualBox, Vagrant, and rebuilding my environment, I'm still getting the same error. I've also tried setting the IP address in the VagrantFile of my Homestead directory, just below Vagrant.configure(VAGRANTFILE_API_VERSION) do |config| using the following:
config.vm.network "private_network", ip: "192.168.168.192", adapter:2, auto_config: false

When that didn't work, I tried:
config.vm.network :forwarded_port, guest: 22, host: 2223, id: 'ssh

Can someone help me please? I can't believe an unavoidable freeze caused this much chaos. I'm running Windows 10. Thank you.

Oh, wow. Okay, so apparently Trent Micro was causing issues. By simply disabling it temporarily, it fixed the issues.
