Vagrant: Can not use share folders in Vagrant 1.8.0 and 1.8.1

I did version up from 1.7.4 to 1.8.0.
and I can't use share folders at Windows7 and MacOSX 10.11.1.

In Winodws7. This error log be shown.

updating to 5.0.22 and same problem!

Make sure you are using the latest virtualbox version (5.0.12), that fixed this problem for me.

Indeed fixed by VirtualBox 5.0.12.
