V8-archive: dropdown value added by user didn't show

Steps to reproduce
1) Add a dropdown field
2) Add a item in the colecction with your own value
3) Display with the table layout

Directus Version : 8.6.1
OS System: Ubuntu 18.04

Was a empty dropdown, don't seems to happend if you have at least one value in the dropdown,
also if you have other empty dropdown the bug happends anyways.

Gotcha. Probably a harmless error, but we'll get it cleaned up!

The dropdown supposed to display the user added value for the next times ? I think in the previous version that's the behaviour.
Because in this version the value doesn't display when the user add the new item.
