V2rayn: 校园网使用2.53版本正常使用，使用3.1版本无法使用

预期行为

更新后应与2.53版本表现一致，信息栏应该出现[Proxy]信息

实际行为

更新3.1版本后，无法正常科学上网，信息栏也不显示[Proxy]信息

复现方法

1. 使用学校NDR 0.74版客户端登录上网
2. 更新3.1版本后，信息栏只显示启动信息，无[Proxy]信息
3. 排除服务端问题，回退至2.53版本可用

同样问题，2.53可用，3.4 3.3 无proxy 应该说是在started后什么也不显示了 校园有线网,v2raycore 4.22.1
