Urbit: "fmdae" OTA fails (not applied to home) for many ships

The latest fmdae update is failing for many planets and stars (seeing this reported in Help and General channels in U-C). This also happened to my ships ~naltyc-wornes and ~dasfeb.

The point where it goes wrong:

+trouble shows the OTA has been received in sour but was not applied.

I had the same occur for me with ~sitful-hatred, with the same messages as ~naltyc above. However, the OTA was applied successfully to ~matwet, which is my sponsor.

The team is already on it! I believe #3990 and/or #4195 will go out as fixes soon. Thank you for reporting regardless. (:

This issue was fixed for me by #4195/urbit-os-v2.11/74m9v. Does this not work for anyone, or should this issue be closed?
