Uppy: Uppy webcam doesn't turn off on modal close

When you select "Open Uppy Dashboard Modal" and select the camera to take a picture, then click on the "x" to close the modal (NOT "done"), the camera does not turn off.

(This issue is what I am having in a current application using the Uppy Modal.)

I can confirm the issue, thanks for reporting! Thinking how to best resolve this.

This was fixed in https://github.com/transloadit/uppy/pull/1664, will be out in the next release! Thank you for reporting!
