I've improved Sultan as well as Philipp to fix some common problems and gave them a bit more strength.
Let me know what you think and how to improve further :D

That Sultan AIV looks very cool, great stuff!
I had a question, how did you change industrial buildings IE giving Phillip quarries?
@Panbutt You can do that through editing the .aic files with notepad. Isn't an available option in the ByBurton's AICE yet.

I really really like the Sultan castle!
But just one question: if you make Sultan and Phillip so much stronger, why stop there? Every AI should get the same treatment, even the rat.
Nice work, especially the Sultan castle does look really nice. Sticks with the original ring but adds some extra.
Very nice that you let Phillip produce both kinds of spears. I really like it that he now also produces pikes, since he is/ was my least favorite AI. How about giving the sultan apple production? Never really understood why he always had to buy his food.
In the original game, Philip had a castle like this but its walls were going on on both sides of the towers. How about implementing something like that with walls going on in 45掳 angle, so they could protect some buildings outside the castle. So his walls would get a form like this: ___/

Since you have tested them already I wanted to ask what the Shield behaviour is like on sieges? Is it worth adding them to other AI e.g. Snake?

The shields are actually better than i thought, they will run to random sieging units and follow them, but they wont follow specific unittypes, like for example only range
