Universal: Angular latest version support?

When it will be possible to use latest angular 2.4.2 with universal?

@kodeine There might be an update to this repository to make it work with ^2.4.2. There is either way an ongoing effort to merge Universal into the core angular repo for the next major Angular version, i.e. 4.0.0 or a minor version higher depending on how it progresses. Seeing as I believe the release will happen regardless, while they'll probably fit all the breaking changes for the final and nail down any remaining non-breaking changes for future minor versions.

4.0.0 is scheduled for march 2017.
